Booking your pet’s services has never been easier! Whether you're scheduling a boarding stay, a grooming appointment, or daycare, our online portal gives you quick access to everything you need—all in one place.

Access the Portal Anytime

You can log in online or download the Gingr for Pet Parents app for convenient access from your phone.

  • Gingr App (iOS & Android):
    Search for “Gingr for Pet Parents” in your app store.
    App Code: 401760

Here’s how to get started:

  1. New Clients:
    Create your account using the link above or in the app.
    Be sure to upload your pet’s vaccination records and complete their profile!

  1. Existing Clients:
    You do not need to create a new account.
    Just reset your password using the email you already have on file.

If you didn’t have an email listed previously, you’ll need to create a new account.
